Raghavan Sampathkumar has over 18 years of experience working across Asia Pacific in various sectors such as agri-inputs, livestock feed, animal proteins, plant proteins (pulses), international commodity trade, and biotechnology, gaining holistic 360-degree understanding of the Animal-Agri-Food value chain. He is currently the Head - Policy Advocacy & External Affairs of Samunnati, Indias largest agri-tech enterprise with a vision of making markets work for smallholder farmers. Previously, he used to lead CLFMA of India as its Executive Director and worked with CropLife Asia, Singapore as Director - Stewardship. He regularly writes on global agri-food trends, food & nutritional security, AgTech, and sustainability for national and international publications. Besides being an active blogger on LinkedIn, Raghavan speaks regularly at agri-food industry events; mentors young graduates at his alma maters; and also delivers guest lectures at various educational institutes.
